This lion-handled jug is decorated with marsh scenes similar to those on the silver bowl (07.228.20). The partial inscription indicates that it was given "on behalf of the ka of the royal butler, Atumemtaneb." The handle has parallels with contemporary vessels from other parts of the ancient Near East, demonstrating how decorative details could be widely shared.
