Original decoration of the Akron, Ohio, mausoleum built for John Kelly Robinson, who died in 1908. The vases, for fear of theft or vandalism, were removed from the mausoleum in recent years by Robinson's granddaughter, Mrs. John O. Vieta, before their donation to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
