Inscription: A capital M within a circle (incised on the front of the bowl near the stem): probably owner's initial

Marking: [1] The monogram M within a shaped shield (cameo) (maker's mark of Hans or Johannes, Möller, or Müller, II, b. 1612 in Stettin, working in Königsberg, Prussia, as a goldsmith about 1650, d. 1663).
