Marking: [1] Crowned N between two fleur-de-lis, a crescent beneath (Montpellier charge, 1693–ca. 1700);
[2] Crowned Q, two pellets, M P L below (Montpellier warden's mark, 1695–96);
[3] A trefoil in an oval medallion (Montpellier discharge, 1693–ca. 1700);
[4] Boar's head (Paris restricted warranty mark for silver, 1838–79);
