This statuette and its mate Saint Felicity (69.133.2) after the stucco figures of Augustinian nuns by Serpotta in Sant'Agostino, Palermo, dating from between 1711 and 1713.
Inscription: Inscribed in ink on back of figure: del Serpotta

Marking: Stamped on left edge of robe: [1] NG62 (mark of Nunzio Gino, consul of the Palermo silversmith's guild in 1762); [2] partially struck eagle mark.
