Translucent dark blue, appearing black.
Slightly oval band with uneven sides; semicircular in section with flat inner side; no visible join.
Intact, except for chip in edge of inner side; elongated bubbles; dulling, faint iridescence, and small patches of creamy weathering.
From Cyprus, said to be from a tomb at Idalion (modern Dali)
