The figurine is handmade and solid, with a mold-made face. The nude, bearded figure is preserved to the hips, where there is a clean horizontal break from the rest of the figurine, which must have been a horse-and-rider group.
Said to be from the temple of Apollo Hylates at Kourion, Cyprus
