Rim folded out, over, and in; funnel-shaped neck; sloping shoulder; squat bulbous body with side curving in to pushed-in bottom.
Intact; pinprick and some larger bubbles, blowing striations, and one elongated bubble in rim; iridescence and severe weathering.
