This print comes from an album containing approximately 51 albumen silver print photographs. The album contained photograms of leaves, flowers, whole plants, feathers, and insects and was deaccessioned from the Gloucester Public Library in England and sold as lot 20 at Sotheby's New York, October 8, 1997. The album was acquired jointly by Simon Lowinsky and Dan Solomon and later broken apart.
