Artist's inscription: 1. This has some of the style and flavor of Zhao Zhongmu [1289–?]. Qianan's own comment.
2. Poem, four lines, seven character meter: A strange rock, green mosses and dense ink dotting. The wet emeralds in the brush-tip spray into the autumn sky. The exquisite shadow of the long stalk can be distinguished, half against the spiritual rock-mountain, half in the mist.
Shuguo asked for my bamboo and rock painting. I put Nantian's [Yun Shouping] poem in the empty space.
