Thomas Grenville (British, 1755–1846), according to Peter Willis, Thomas Grenville was either Viscount Cobham's nephew (1719-1747), a brother-in-law of William Pitt; or else Cobham's great-nephew Thomas Grenville (1755-1846) a book collector and donor of the Grenville Library to the British Museum.; Sir Thomas Phillipps, 1st Baronet (British, 1792–1872); Edwards (London), (?), Peter Willis writes that the album was purchased at the Phillips sale by "Edwards" for £14.0s.0d.; Vendor: F. & G.
