The Grolier Club A Catalogue of Books Illustrated by Thomas Rowlandson, Together with a collection of original drawings by him Exh. cat. November 1916, The set described here (now Boston Public Library), belonged to Rowlandson, and includes 14 large plates (8 after Gainsborough, 2 after Barrett and 4 without inscriptions); plus 18 small plates on 9 sheets (including "A Print Sale," "Cupids: after Bartolozzi, "John Bull in France", "Monsieur in England" (both Wigstead 1788), and various landscapes and scenes after Gainsborough, Gilpin, Wheatley and anonymous artists)., cat. no. 52, pp. 82-83.
