This facsimile painting copies part of a funeral scene in the tomb of Nebamun and Ipuky (TT 181) at Thebes. The scene depicts the funerals of the two men, who died at different times.
Painted at El-Khokha by Charles K. Wilkinson for the Egyptian Expedition of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1920-1921. Accessioned by the Museum, 1930.
