Paris Diligence

Publisher Thomas Tegg British

Not on view

An early state, before the publisher and etcher's addresses. A diligence coach full of people, led by four horses away from an inn. An old couple at left beg from the passengers, and sow with small pigs run alongside the coach. A crucifix is in the background center, where a group of nuns kneel in prayer.
