From top to bottom, and left to right:
Design is for a lock plate and is in the shape of a rectangle. In the center of the design is a hexagonal key hole that is encircled by grotesque heads attached to foliage. Illustrated along the edges of the rectangle are designs for various architectural elements that are ornamented with foliage and grotesque figures or animal heads. At the top of the right edge is half of another key hole. At the bottom right corner is a round columnar object that is supported by a base in the form of an acanthus leaf.
