This gallery is dominated by two large, twelfth-century frescoes from Spain depicting a lion and a dragon. It also houses a masterpiece of Romanesque wood sculpture depicting the Enthroned Virgin and Child said to come from the chapel of Saint-Victor at Montianeix. It features the monumental thirteenth-century limestone doorway from Moutiers-Saint-Jean in Burgundy with a relief carving of the Coronation of the Virgin in the tympanum. The nearly lifesize figures of the Merovingian kings Clovis and Clothar in this room flank the entrance to the Langon Chapel.
