The objects in this study gallery are displayed in an open-storage system; visitors are invited to make their own discoveries among the thousands of relief fragments, coffins, scarab seals, and pieces of personal jewelry (ca. 2000–1550 B.C.) that archaeologists from the Museum and other institutions excavated during the first third of the twentieth century.
Note: This gallery is temporarily closed to the public due to a construction project beneath the Egyptian galleries. Visitors to the Museum may inquire at the Information Desk in the Great Hall for more information.
