Loeschcke Type 1B. Mold-made. Large discus: gladiator, standing facing, wearing large crested helmet, holding a large rectangular shield on left arm and a sword in lowered right hand, with a narrow band of lines and grooves at edge. Volutes flanking nozzle. Within raised base ring, flat base, with impressed letters across center: FAVSTI.

Intact, but small chips on left side of shoulder and nozzle.
