Begin in Cuba's bustling capital on a stroll through elegant Old Havana with an architectural historian, and visit the homes and studios of some of the city's leading artists. Then travel along the north coast to Matanzas, called the "Athens of Cuba," with its rich cultural traditions and Afro-Cuban heritage. Continue to Varadero, home to many ceramic artists, and the charming town of Cárdenas.
