Favorite work of art at the Met: I have taken many art classes at the Met, and I love to draw at home, in museums, in class, anywhere. My favorite work of art is The Death of Socrates by Jacques-Louis David.
Secret fact: If there were one thing about me that people wouldn't see at first glance, it would be that I love music; I have over ten thousand songs on my computer that I have gathered from CDs, in any genre you could imagine. I also play viola in my school's orchestra and I love to play piano in my free time.
Name: Evelin
Favorite creative activity: My favorite creative activity is sketching fashion designs for my imaginary collections. Yes, it's true: I'm a fashion freak.
Secret fact: I'm a vegan. Yes, I have temptations when I see my friends and family eating meat in front of me. However, remaining a vegan is a goal I want to achieve. Anyway, being involved with various art programs is something very surprising for me because I never thought I would learn so much in so little time.

Favorite creative activities: I like participating in theater productions and enjoy working both on- and offstage. I like to spend time with my family outdoors, especially biking around Central Park and along the greenway next to the mighty Hudson River. I enjoy campouts and participating in my Boy Scout troop through my church, and I have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. I have been educated at home my entire life, and I plan on becoming a veterinarian.
Name: Genevieve
Favorite creative activity: Ceramics or reading manga
Secret fact: I love to crochet and sleep a lot.
Name: Karl
Favorite creative activity: Soccer. Every time I play soccer I am expressing myself. I play hard every day because I love the fight and I love to win.
Secret facts: I like hiking, swimming, sailing, and biking. I can't sit still. I enjoy reading, watching, and understanding history, especially when it has to do with politics and war.
Name: Kristen
Secret fact: I was born in Virginia and moved to NYC in 2009.
Description of self-portrait: This is a picture my mom took of me when we went to the Jersey shore for summer vacation, not last year but the year before. I love it because of the timing of the wave. It also reminds me of how happy I was when the picture was taken. I also chose this picture because it was empty; I knew I could add more of myself to it. First, I printed the picture, then added to it with acrylic paints. I feel like adding paint made the picture better represent who I am, and I was able to brighten it up with a little color, which I loved.
Name: Tiffany
Favorite work of art at the Met: This depends on my mood; since I was in a sadistic one yesterday, I would choose Marsyas by Balthasar Permoser.
Secret fact: When there is a little, brainless dog on the street, I enjoy walking a little ahead of it, barking at it, and then walking away.
