An Exclusive New Private Dining Experience in the Members Dining Room

On Friday and Saturday evenings, Executive Chef Fred Sabo and Pastry Chef Randy Eastman will be your hosts at our Chef's Table, a special opportunity for Members to enjoy a bespoke ten-course menu crafted around the day's freshest market produce.

Upon your arrival, enjoy a glass of Roederer Estate Brut Rosé while Chef Sabo leads an intimate discussion of the evening's menu, followed by cooking demonstrations and a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen. At the end of your meal, Pastry Chef Randy Eastman will introduce dessert while you enjoy exquisite sherry and dessert wines.

This unique dining experience will be enhanced by wine pairings that complement the flavors of each course.

As a special keepsake, guests will receive a gift bag with a personalized menu, recipes from the meal, and a sampling of featured ingredients. This exclusive dining experience is $375 per person (plus gratuity), at a communal table.
