Group Size (required)

In order to respond to high demand, we must limit each organization to no more than 50 children per day. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis only. You will have the opportunity to describe any particular concerns about your group's arrival in Step 3 of this form.

  Include group leader. The Museum requires 1 adult chaperone for every 10 children. For special education groups, which may have fewer than 10 children, the Museum requires 1 adult chaperone for every 9 children.
