Participants in an ESL program offered through the Office of Adult and Continuing Education take a guided tour of the Museum's Egyptian Galleries with Museum educator Amy Silva. Prior to their visit, they enjoyed a slide lecture at the United Methodist Church in Brooklyn.

El Primer Contacto con el Arte
Taller Educativo para la Familia en Español

El Departamento de Educación del Museo los invita a participar en el programa para la familia en español titulado El Primer Contacto con el Arte. Este programa va dirigido a niños entre seis y doce años de edad, acompañados por un adulto. Cada programa estará dedicada a un tema en particular, en una zona determinada del museo. Los niños también tendrán la oportunidad de dibujar y participar en actividades didácticas.

Nos reuniremos en la recepción del Centro Educativo Uris, cuya entrada se encuentra en la calle 81 y Quinta Avenida. Si desan obtener más información o reservar plaza, por favor llamen al 212-650-2833.

¡Veamos armaduras!

The Museum's teacher resources are designed to help educators bring art and culture from all over the world into their classrooms.
