February 2006: Students of Kuchipudi Natya Niketan were among the performers at the reception held in the Temple of Dendur following a viewing of the special exhibition "Pearls of the Parrot of India: The Emperor Akbar's Illustrated Khamsa, 1597–98." Multicultural Audience Development Advisory Committee member Lal Motwani co-hosted this event with the Initiative.
