Back to online format
Discoveries
These family programs, held on select Sundays, consist of thematic gallery tours and creative art activities
for individuals with learning and developmental disabilities, with accompanying
friends and family. Download the brochure (PDF; 466.72 K).
Offsite Discoveries
These programs are designed for adult group residences
and other agencies that serve adults with developmental disabilities. Museum educators
visit facilities, present thematic slide talks, and lead hands-on art activities
appropriate to the level and interest of the group.
A follow-up tour at the Museum
may be scheduled.
Discoveries programs are free, but advance reservations are required. For more information,
or to make a reservation, please call 212-879-5500, ext. 3561 (TTY: 212-570-3828),
