All of the Museum's public galleries are accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who need to avoid stairs. Accessible entrances are located at 81st Street and Fifth Avenue and through the parking garage at 80th Street and Fifth Avenue. Wheelchairs are available at the coat-check areas on a first-come, first-served basis. Elevators and escalators are located throughout the building.
