You have chosen the headdress worn by the mother figure. It is a hunter's cap, worn by male hunters or warriors in a Bamana community, but never by women. This figure wears such a headdress as a symbol of her extraordinary strength and power.

Her broad shoulders and erect posture also symbolize her importance.
