	The Hours of Jeanne d'Evreux Facsimile reproduction of the 14th century Book of Hours This richly illustrated prayer book was presented by Charles IV, king of France to his third wife, Jeanne d'Evreux sometime during their brief marriage. All of the 418 pages (209 folios) of the prayer book of Jeanne d'Evreux have been accurately reproduced with the more than 800 initials and marginal figures set on pages measuring 3.5 x 2.4 inches. The binding is in rich brown leather and delicate gold tooling and the coat of arms is decorated with fleur-de-lys. The book is secured with paired silver clasps terminating in tiny beasts' heads.
