Mosaics are patterns or images created by placing small colored tiles together. Some of the first mosaics were made in ancient Greece around 400 B.C. Mosaics are the perfect beginning artform for any MetKid and this innovative art kit gives children everything they need to create their own masterpieces. The magnetic foam cubes are perfectly sized for little hands and make it easy to transform the reusable templates into toucans, giraffes, and other mosaic works of art.
