Our perfume bottle is adapted from a 19th-century American bowl that was derived from 16th-century Venetian latticino glass. Latticino glass is characterized by threads of opaque color that are embedded into clear glass to produce a variety of intricate swirl patterns.

Mold-blown glass; with ground-glass stopper. Height 5 1/8 in.; capacity 2 oz.
