These diminutive ladybugs are adapted from the lid of a tiny box created by the workshop of Peter Carl Fabergé (Russian, 1846–1920), whose original and extravagant creations captivated the elite of Russian society. Produced in cooperation with The Cleveland Museum of Art. Made expressly for the Metropolitan Museum in the United States.
