Visit Request Form for Groups with Disabilities

The Met welcomes groups of all abilities and invites you to request a guided visit led by trained Museum staff, a self-guided visit, which allows you to lead your own group through the Museum, or an offsite program for people unable to visit the Museum due to disability or medical conditions. Please note that appointments are required for all Museum visits and offsite programs.

Guided-visit and offsite-program appointments can be made no less than 3 weeks in advance of the requested date, and self-guided-visit appointments can be made no less than 2 weeks in advance. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. You must submit a separate form for each request. We will do our best to accommodate your request(s); please note that your visit is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the Museum. If you prefer to request an appointment over the phone or by email, call 212-650-2010 or email access@metmuseum.org.
