The Museum's American Wing—including The Charles Engelhard Court and the period rooms—have reopened after more than two years of construction and renovation. The galleries for American Paintings will reopen in 2011. Many masterpieces of American painting are on view in the period rooms and in the Henry R. Luce Center for the Study of American Art.
