Loeschcke Type 1B. Mold-made. Large discus: mask of Pan, with large, curved horns, pointed ears, and taenia at sides of face, surrounded at edge by ovules, with a narrow band of lines and grooves at edge. Volutes flanking nozzle. Within raised base ring, uneven base, with small impressed letters across center: FAVSTI.

Body intact, but most of nozzle missing.
