World Culture Festival: Dance!

Free with Museum admission; admission is free for children under 12 with an adult.

Explore how artists find inspiration and express themselves through movement. Experiment with motion through performances, storytelling, interactive gallery activities, and artist-led workshops. For all ages.

PERFORMANCES

God-House (bure kalou) with Jahra "Rager" Wasasala

The award-winning movement artist, poet, and world-builder presents a performance that opens up the vivid realms connected to the taonga (artifacts) in the exhibition Atea: Nature and Divinity in Polynesia.

Puppet Show: The Colors of Krishna's Love

Celebrate Diwali with The Culture Tree as they present a puppet show inspired by Krishna, one of the most widely revered and popular Indian gods.
