Date Night at The Met

Free with Museum admission

Every Friday and Saturday night, it’s Date Night at The Met! Bring a friend or special someone (or yourself!) for an evening of live music, drinks, and 5,000 years of art.

Experience live music and gallery chats across the Museum, and enjoy drinks and an assortment of light fare in the American Wing Cafe, the Petrie Court Cafe, and the Cantor Roof Garden Bar. Met Members at the Evening Hours level and above are welcome to enjoy small bites menu in the Balcony Lounge (reservations recommended).

Events and performers are subject to change. All events are free with Museum admission, which is always pay-what-you-wish for New York State residents and NY, NJ, and CT students with valid ID. Pay-what-you-wish tickets can only be reserved in person; allow extra time for lines.

Met Members can use their Member card as their ticket and enter at 81st Street and Fifth Avenue. Join today

Masks are strongly recommended.
