This summer, MetLiveArts celebrates the freedom, inclusivity, and creativity of electronic music culture with Sun Sets, a series of rooftop events showcasing the diversity of sounds emanating from the city's ever-evolving music underground.
On Saturday, August 27, join Pablo Romero—Queens-born owner of Archivio Record Shop and resident at Public Records.
Sun Sets are free with Museum admission, which is always pay-what-you-wish for New York State residents and NY, NJ, and CT students with valid ID. Capacity is limited, and access is first come, first served. When The Cantor Roof Garden is at capacity, visitors will be asked to wait in line until space is available. Events may be canceled due to weather and will not be rescheduled. See more info on The Cantor Roof Garden Bar.
Sun Sets takes place during Date Night at The Met. If the Roof Garden is at capacity, you can enjoy live music, drinks, and 5,000 years of art throughout the Museum. See the schedule of Date Night events.
