Text at bottom of page reads: "After lengthy attempts there has finally been success in breeding the ideal cow. The import of costly cow-destruction machines will therefore no longer be necessary. On the one hand, that means great foreign-currency savings for the cow-breeding countries; on the other hand, it makes more difficult the export of the remaining normal cattle stock to the machine-producing countries. due to the intrigues of the exporters, several governments have already plunged into crisis because of the new crossbreeding.
