Adult Group Visit Request Form

The Met welcomes all adult, university, tourism, community, and personal groups and invites you to request either a guided visit led by trained Museum educators and volunteers or a self-guided visit, which allows you to lead your own group through the Museum. Please note that advance reservations are required for all adult and student groups of ten or more, and for any third-party guided tours, regardless of size.

Guided visit reservations should be made at least three weeks in advance of the requested visit date, and reservations for self-guided groups should be made at least one week in advance. A separate form must be submitted for each visit. Your visit is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation letter by email from the Museum.

To ensure that we are providing a safe environment for all, the Museum has additional guidelines in place. See Visitor Guidelines for more information.
