Shebiu Necklace of Hatnefer
This necklace was found in the tomb of Hatnefer inside a basket that is now in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo. The basket also contained a razor, a sealed pottery juglet, a pottery jar, and a linen sheet.
The necklace consists of lentil-shaped beads made of Egyptian faience, a ceramic material made of quartz frit. The beads are still strung on the original two-ply linen cord.
