Dress

ca. 1885
Not on view
This is an elaborate evening dress made for a child. It is unusual to see a fully boned and fitted bodice made in this small of a size, possibly for a six to eight year old. It is very possible that the fabric of this dress may have come from a women's dress for a special party.
