"Aurora"

Designer Fiamma Ferragamo Italian
Manufacturer Salvatore Ferragamo Italian
ca. 1982
Not on view
After the death of Salvatore Ferragamo, his wife and children continued the business, with daughter Fiamma in charge of design. While the audacious experimentation of Salvatore is a thing of the past, the company has maintained a reputation for high standards of workmanship and tasteful styling. This pair of pumps illustrates the classic good looks, high quality, refined design, and subtle detailing typifying Ferragamo production from the 1980s.
