Inscription: Incised on the front of the bowl near the stem: A capital M within a circle (probably owner's initial)

Marking: [1] The monogram M within a shaped shield (cameo) (maker's mark of Hans or Johannes, Möller, or Müller, II, born 1612 in Stettin, working in Königsberg, Prussia, as a goldsmith about 1650, died 1663).
