Chasuble front

Italian or French

Not on view

Worked in luridly synthetic dyes, this chasuble (14.102.480, .481) has been composed out of reclaimed patches of another textile of mediocre quality needle work, perhaps a bed coverlet, combined with patches of a low-quality, machine-woven silk.
