Loeschcke Type 4 (?). Mold-made. Shallow discus: a centaur moving to right, carrying an amphora over his shoulder; a single filling hole at center below between his legs; with a band of lines and grooves around the edge. Volutes flanking nozzle. Broad base ring, and a flat base.

Broken (with weathered edges), and most of nozzle and front of body missing.
