Mold-made. Small, shallow, carinated body. Central filling hole surrounded by a broad, horizontal band. Sloping shoulder, decorated with radiating bands of grooves and lines; at left, large S-shaped knob. Long, straight, tubular nozzle, with circular rim to wick hole. Incised base ring, and slightly concave base.

Intact.
