Howland type 45A. Mold-made. Shallow, almost triangular body. Large, central filling hole, surrounded by a raised band. Broad, convex-curving shoulder, decorated with wreath, with bud at back; at left, a projecting rounded knob with indistinct design; three raised lines flanking back of tubular nozzle; on top of nozzle, a stylized palmette. Incised, irregular base ring, and flat base.

Complete, but cracks and some chipping along mold join.
