Mold-made. Deep body. Deep, concave discus: a central filling hole, surrounded by a band of raised circles; an outer band decorated with four alternating raised motifs, one a four-petalled rosette, the other a pointed leaf. Volutes flanking nozzle, with large wick hole. Raised base ring, and flat base.

Intact, but one chip on right side of nozzle.
