Dedication to Ptolemy IV Philopator (r. 221–204 B.C.) and his sister, Queen Arsinoe, by Teos, son of Horos, who was a guard at the site of Ammonieion, possibly the Temple of Ammon, near Thebes in Upper Egypt.

The piece is not part of the Cesnola Collection of Cypriot antiquities.
