Glass mosaic ribbed bowl fragment
Rim fragment.
Translucent cobalt blue, opaque white and yellow.
Outsplayed, rounded rim; concave curving neck, almost straight side.
Composite mosaic pattern formed from polygonal sections of two or more canes: one in a blue ground with a circle of white rods around a central, tight yellow spiral; a second in a blue ground with a central white rod surrounded by a circle of yellow dots; on exterior, top of a single vertical rib, squared off above, and irregular horizontal tooling marks around neck.
Interior polished, with pitting of surface bubbles; dulling, pitting, and slight creamy weathering on rim, exterior, and upper part of jagged edges.
